Can't recommend highly enough for a city break

Elegant room, delightful breakfast, where I felt like a lady of nobility and enjoyed a real treat each morning, not to mention the warm and friendly hosts who made my stay special.

Everything was amazing.

I had a great experience during my stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, providing us with books and toys for my child. I found the breakfast tasty and memorable, especially when Tom went the extra mile with a drawing on our butter. The room offered comfort, and it was quiet despite being close to the airport.

I only stayed one night, which wasn't enough.

The corner room provided stunning views of the garden and was spacious with a cozy bed, making it a perfect retreat. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a delicious vegetarian full English served with French press coffee, creating a lovely communal atmosphere. The property, steeped in history, offers a quiet respite from the busy road outside, thanks to its high hedges and thick walls.

Loved the quirky room and lovely toiletries, but a bit noisy at night.

the manor was a gorgeous place to stay, close to heathrow airport yet so quiet. the double room was spotless with a super-comfy bed. the breakfast, with a freshly cooked fry-up, was just what we needed before our long flight. tom and fran had really embraced the history of the building, making it feel charming and unique.

The communal dining area could use some modern touches to enhance comfort!!! Perhaps more diverse options in the old book collection could cater to varied interests, too!!!
